Lead Time (Handling & Delivery)
HANDLING TIME – Customized designs and sizes, order of out of stock items’ may take 2 to 3 weeks of handling and delivery altogether.
It takes just 5 to 10 working days (depending on delivery address) to deliver an order if the item is in the stock and of regular size.
SHIPPING COST – An order’s Shipping cost depends upon the (i) weight of the product and (ii) delivery address.
FREE DELIVERY – Free Shipping on All Products
DELIVERY TIME – 3 to 10 workings days is the normal delivery time, depending upon the location but Force Gear is not responsible for any unforeseen hazards and conditions out of the control of human being which may cause a delay in delivery time.
DELIVERY SERVICE TYPE – Order contents and delivery address defines what type of delivery services and shipping type you are going to be offered.
P. O. BOX DELIVERY– Currently, Force Gear doesn’t send shipment to PO Box.
TAXES & DUTIES – Some countries have import duties and taxes on the products being imported. Force Gear is not responsible for a country specific additional costs to the products that may arise in delivery phase.
CUSTOM CLEARANCE – Some countries and territories have complex procedures of custom clearance that may add extra days to the delivery time. Force Gear has no control over destination specific custom clearance complexities. In such cases, customer has to show patience. Since we share tracking # with the customer to keep transparency, customer has to show cooperation in such cases. In some countries, shipments may be rejected because of custom clearance issues, Force Gear bears no responsibility if any fee from the customer authorities is charged to the customer for a rejected shipment/delivery.
